The Tennessee Division of Intellectual Disabilities and the Direct Support Professionals Association recognized Memphis Adult Services staff, Melvin Wofford for outstanding service in September. Julie Davis, Memphis MR Regional Director, adds her praise, "He takes the time to develop relationships with the people he is assigned to support - he is observed just being 'one of the guys' when he is on duty in the way he interacts with the service recipients, treating them with the utmost dignity and respect and as peers."
