Supported Living Services for Adults with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities For many adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, community-based supported living services provide an excellent alternative to institutional or nursing home settings. The Omni Visions Supported Living Program provides these services for adult clients in Tennessee and in Northwestern North Carolina. Each home usually accommodates three adult clients and care services are provided based on client needs seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Further, each home is assigned to an Omni Visions Service Coordinator who works with the clients, support staff, guardians/conservators and independent support coordinators to ensure appropriate services for each client are provided and that individual service plan goals are addressed.
