Omni Visions, Inc., is a multi-state placement agency that provides services for adults and children. Omni Visions’ focus is on family, providing each individual and each family a community support system to facilitate and inspire growth and development.
Omni Visions will be the provider of choice for people and agencies needing innovative, quality family and community services which improve lives, by people taking care of people.
Omni Visions, Inc. was incorporated in March 1991, as an agency dedicated to creating a new model for service delivery that would help children and families in Tennessee. The Omni model involved providing individualized, community-based wrap-around support service through therapeutic foster care services to children in state custody. Our model stresses every child deserves the right to live in a home environment and that flexible services must be made available in the frequency, intensity, and duration necessary for the child and family to be successful. Omni Visions began providing services in North Carolina in 1993 and in Kentucky in 2006.
Our concept of community-based services and wraparound support services was expanded in April 1996 to include services to adults with mental retardation in Tennessee. The Omni Supported Living Program provides services for individuals living in a community based home. In 2003, family-based living services were added to our adult program to provide opportunities for clients to live in a family environment.

Omni Visions does more than simply deliver services. Each employee accepts the responsibility that, through our involvement, we will strongly influence an individual's values, a family's tradition, a community's culture. Live as an integrated member of society. We want children and adults to accept their roles and responsibilities as citizens in order to help society to function, and to challenge and work to change social practices when they deviate from fundamental values which they hold dear.
Exhibit inner qualities of honesty, integrity, compassion, commitment and personal responsibility. We want everyone to not tolerate and to actively challenge anything less than those traits in others.
Be physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy. We want children and adults to recognize the interrelationship of these aspects and understand that we are holistic beings with interactive parts.
Tolerate and respect differences, understanding that the strength of our society comes from our diversity, not from our uniformity. Both children and adults should allow their own creativity to evolve, recognizing that their diversity is unique and limited only by their motivation.
Strive to learn. Adults and children must understand the relationship between life experiences, failure and growth and be able to reflect upon past experiences, internalized events, and move forward based upon new understanding. All should recognize that human growth is a "lifelong" process.
Do not unnecessarily create conflict. Children and adults must understand that conflict is not necessarily a barrier, but can be a vehicle towards growth and development when conflict leads to collaboration.
