partners with the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services to provide intervention strategies with youth who are at risk of out-of-home placement. These strategies include the use of specialized evidence-based programs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Off Road Parenting, and the Wraparound service delivery model, to provide family support, anger management, and parent skills training. These same strategies are also utilized in helping youth obtain permanency in their current placements.
Family Connections has a simple vision: to provide the best in-home counseling and community-based services to children and families. Since 2000, Family Connections has provided these services to hundreds of families in both private and public opportunities within the state of Tennessee. Services include:
